Kelsey’s work focuses on a number of non-asset logistics matters, including reviewing transportation contracts and advising on matters such as carrier selection and regulatory compliance. Kelsey also assists Indirect Air Carriers and other TSA-regulated entities in compliance and enforcement proceedings. Additionally, she works with NVOCCs/freight forwarders and customs brokers in, respectively, FMC and CBP compliance matters. Finally, Kelsey assists in various litigation matters, including cargo claims, insurance coverage, and commercial disputes.

Kelsey is a graduate of the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. During law school, she served as the Managing Editor for the Indiana Journal of Law and Social Equality and a Research Director for the Incarcerated Individuals Legal Assistance Project. She also worked for Scopelitis as a Law Clerk during law school.
