Rachael Satz’s practice focuses on assisting clients with independent contractor issues facing the transportation industry, including counseling on owner-operator arrangements, transportation contract review, and analysis and audit of independent contractor programs. She also counsels clients on wage and hour compliance and other labor and employment issues.
Rachael graduated from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2023. Before joining Scopelitis, she worked for the Firm as a law clerk for one summer and during her final two semesters in law school.
