Experienced Class Action Attorney Damian Moos will lead the Firm’s Irvine, CA office. A USC Gould School of Law graduate, Moos’ primary focus is representing individual and corporate clients in complex litigation matters, class actions, representative actions, labor and employment litigation, and general business litigation. He has extensive experience litigating matters in state and federal courts. He has represented various transportation companies in the logistics, motor carrier, courier, brokerage, and warehousing segments in cases involving wage-and-hour class actions and Private Attorney General Act representative actions.
