Delaware’s New Statewide DBA Registry Takes Effect on February 2, 2026
Beginning February 2, the state will replace its patchwork county DBA registration system with a unified online registry administered by the Delaware Division of Revenue.
Companies can re-register DBAs with the Delaware DOR as of February 2, or will need to re-register as updates to existing records are required. To ensure a smooth transition, businesses should review their current Delaware DBAs registration.
