Renea Hooper regularly defends motor carriers and insurers in state and federal trial court litigation involving highway accident claims for personal injuries, including catastrophic injuries and wrongful death. She assists clients in all phases of a claim — from the initial emergency rapid response, pre-suit investigation and negotiation and through trial. She also litigates commercial and business disputes, including construction disputes, lien rights and other commercial transactions. She has defended clients in jury trials and bench trials throughout Indiana and Illinois.
