Paul Root represents motor carriers, freight brokers, and other transportation-related businesses in litigation and complex commercial disputes nationwide. His practice focuses on catastrophic accident litigation, insurance coverage matters, contract disputes, and business litigation affecting the transportation industry. Root assists clients in litigation nationwide and has argued in state and federal courts across the country.

Root enjoys presenting mock trials and speaking before client and industry groups. In law school, he served as a Managing Editor of the Indiana Law Journal and participated in Outreach for Legal Literacy.
