Paul Root’s practice is devoted to serving transportation companies in a variety of state and federal court litigation, including general commercial and business litigation, wage-and-hour class actions, personal injury defense litigation, and employment litigation. While in law school he served as a Managing Editor of the Indiana Law Journal and was also a member of Outreach for Legal Literacy, a legal education program aiming to educate elementary school-age children about their constitutional rights.
