Pamela Schmidt is a trial attorney who focuses on defending against claims of serious and catastrophic injuries, disfigurement, and wrongful death for clients in the transportation, hospitality, tourism, entertainment, and recreation industries in both trial and appellate courts. She has substantial experience handling a variety of other disputes, including:

After handling a multi-million dollar wrongful death claim and a severe traumatic brain injury claim, the Wisconsin Law Journal recognized Schmidt as a “Leader in the Law.” She has been elected as a Fellow to the Litigation Counsel of America, which is limited to 3,500 lawyers nationwide, and has also been recognized by Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers.
