Nimmi Arora works in the Firm’s Class Action Defense & Complex Litigation and Workplace & Data Privacy practice groups. She represents individual and corporate clients in complex litigation matters, class actions, and privacy-related disputes.
Before joining the Firm, Nimmi practiced with a national class action firm, where she litigated matters involving biometric privacy, genetic privacy, online tracking technologies, and other data privacy class actions. Her experience included all aspects of complex litigation, with a particular focus on class actions and privacy-related disputes arising under state and federal law.
Earlier in her legal career, Nimmi gained experience with the Wisconsin Department of Justice’s Consumer Protection Unit, a global manufacturing company, and a health advocacy nonprofit, where she worked on matters involving privacy, regulatory compliance, commercial contracting, and client advocacy.
Nimmi earned both her J.D. and B.S. from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. During law school, she served as Senior Business Editor of the Wisconsin International Law Journal.
