Matthew Payne works in the Firm’s class action defense and complex litigation practice. His primary focus is representing individual and corporate clients in complex litigation matters, class actions, government enforcement actions, labor and employment litigation, and general business litigation.
Before joining the Firm, Matt was a Deputy District Attorney with the Denver District Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted hundreds of misdemeanor cases in Denver County Court. At the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law, Matt served as an editor of the Transportation Law Journal and was a student attorney with the Criminal Defense Clinic.
