Martin O’Connor is a commercial litigator and business adviser. His practice focuses on companies in the warehousing and transportation industry. His experience includes handling litigation and advising on:

4. Predatory tows

O’Connor has had success in state court where he’s been instrumental in obtaining summary judgments and outright dismissals for the defense. Further, he has confronted predatory tow yards using legislative framework and the courts to combat, reduce, and have property released free of charge. He has also helped clients collect millions in past-due commercial accounts and convince insurance providers to reverse claim denials.

He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois where he attended on a Chick Evans Scholarship. Prior to beginning his legal career, he worked in the sales and marketing departments of two of the largest power tool manufacturers in the world.
