Martin O’Connor is a commercial litigator who represents transportation companies across the country. His practice focuses on:

O’Connor has helped clients recover unresolved accounts using both pre-litigation strategies and active litigation, including successfully prosecuting veil piercing and fraud claims. Further, when clients have been sued, he has mitigated liability, won trial, and gained dismissal. O’Connor has also developed a niche combatting predatory tow yards using legislative framework to combat, reduce, and have property released.

Prior to beginning his legal career, O’Connor worked in the sales and marketing departments of two of the largest power tool manufacturers in the world. That experience coupled with a business law certificate allows him to bring a certain level of business acumen to the warehousing and trucking clients he serves.
