Margaret Krei focuses her practice on worker’s compensation defense, including analysis of compensability of claims, negotiation of settlements, and communication with claims representatives. She also offers Minimizing Avoiding Worker’s Compensation Risk training sessions for the insurance industry and self-insured employers who handle worker’s compensation claims.

Krei has experience representing clients in Administrative Law proceedings in Wisconsin. She has presented on topics including ethical dilemmas in worker’s compensation and best practices when dealing with worker’s compensation claims.

She regularly volunteers with the Milwaukee Eviction Defense Project assisting low-income tenants who are facing eviction.
