Kevin Bennett’s practice focuses on regulatory compliance for motor carriers, corporate structuring, business transactions, and acquisitions. Mr. Bennett also helps air and ocean carriers navigate matters with the Department of Homeland Security. Kevin regularly assists clients with matters including:
- Due diligence reviews for corporate transactions
- Analysis on a state-by-state basis of the rules and regulations regarding plating, titling, taxes, etc. for commercial motor carriers
- Drafting letters to federal regulatory agencies responding to air and/or ocean-related penalties
- Contract reviews
- Litigation defense of contract claims
Mr. Bennett is a native of central Indiana and works in the Firm’s headquarters in Indianapolis.
