Johnny Little works in the Firm’s class action defense and complex litigation practice. His primary focus is representing individual and corporate clients in complex litigation matters, class actions, government enforcement actions, labor and employment litigation, and general business litigation.

Prior to joining Scopelitis, Mr. Little served as a Deputy District Attorney at the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office. He prosecuted a variety of cases, including a defendant responsible for a string of five residential burglaries and another who operated a chop shop, along with cases involving violent felonies, vehicular homicide, fraud, and domestic violence. He litigated all aspects of criminal cases and tried ten bench and jury trials. His complex cases required collaboration with expert witnesses, including doctors, DNA analysts, firearm experts, toxicologists, cell phone forensic experts, psychologists, and drug analysts. Mr. Little also mentored and supervised Post Bar Law Clerks during court hearings.

While in law school, Mr. Little clerked for the Honorable Chief Justice S. Bernard Goodwyn at the Supreme Court of Virginia. He also served as President of the Sports, Entertainment, and Intellectual Property Law Society.

Before law school, Mr. Little worked at the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice in the Media, Entertainment and Professional Services Section. He led an economic research team that calculated pre- and post-merger market concentration in the high-profile Disney/Fox civil merger enforcement investigation.
