John Smeltzer’s law practice focuses on corporate and real estate law, including mergers and acquisitions, zoning, contract preparation and review, general corporate and business advice, and real estate transactions. His experience includes:

Smeltzer also represents golf course developers, owners, and professionals. He serves as counsel to the Indiana Golf Association and the Indiana Section of the PGA.
