Jeff Jackson’s legal practice is focused on providing his transportation/logistics industry clients with fast, comprehensive yet pragmatic counsel on all manner of transactional and operational issues. Jackson regularly advises industry clients (be they motor carriers, brokers, forwarders, equipment lessors, shippers, etc.) on a wide range of transportation-centered concerns, including:

  7. Intermodal Transportation: Offering expertise on intermodal issues affecting the transportation and logistics sector.
  8. Workers’ Compensation Premium Audits: Defending motor carriers and property brokers in workers’ compensation premium audit disputes.
  9. Freight Charge Disputes: Regularly advising clients collection disputes.
  10. Cargo Claims: Offering counsel to parties on all sides of cargo loss claims.
