Jasmine Bouche is an associate in the Firm’s complex commercial litigation, class action and corporate defense, warehousing and logistics, and data privacy practice groups. She primarily represents corporate clients in high-stakes, high-value business litigation in federal courts across the country. Her practice includes general corporate litigation, labor and employment disputes, cross-border jurisdictional conflicts, multi-million-dollar class and collective actions, and government enforcement matters. Bouche is experienced in all phases of litigation, including fact investigation and development, discovery, motion practice, alternative dispute resolution, oral advocacy, and trial preparation. She also drafts, reviews, and negotiates a wide range of business contracts for national and international corporations.

As an active contributor to the Firm’s data privacy practice, Bouche represents clients in privacy litigation, including matters arising under Illinois’s Biometric Information Privacy Act and Genetic Information Privacy Act. She has assisted clients with crisis management, data breach response, and government inquiries following ransomware attacks and other cybersecurity incidents. She also has experience reviewing and drafting contracts, privacy policies, and consent forms related to artificial intelligence, software, and autonomous robotics.

While in law school, Bouche practiced as a certified student attorney for Mid-Minnesota Legal Services and Children’s Hospital Minnesota, providing pro bono legal counseling on issues related to housing, healthcare, and immigration. She also completed a partial LL.M. in international and European Union law through an exchange with University College Dublin’s Sutherland School of Law. Bouche has worked in both large and small law firms across the country, including in Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, and Indiana.
