Jim Spolyar regularly defends transportation companies throughout the nation in complex litigation matters involving independent contractors, state wage and hour laws, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Surface Transportation Assistance Act.

While in law school, he was a managing editor for the Federal Communications Law Journal and the Magister of the Foster Inn chapter of Phi Delta Phi. Prior to attending law school, he served as an officer and pilot in the U.S. Marine Corps.
