Erik Farleigh works in the Firm’s Class Action Defense & Complex Litigation practice group. He represents individual and corporate clients in complex litigation matters and class actions.
Before joining the firm, Erik practiced in the Kentucky Office of the Solicitor General where he litigated criminal and civil matters in Kentucky’s appellate courts and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Erik joined the Kentucky Office of the Solicitor General after completing a one-year clerkship with Judge Bunning, of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky.
Erik attended law school at the University of Kentucky College of Law, where he served as a senior editor on the Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agriculture, and Natural Resources Law. Prior to law school, Erik earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Virginia Military Institute where he majored in International Studies and Political Science, and minored in philosophy.
