Emily Quillen is a trial attorney who has represented transportation companies, as both an in-house counsel and external litigator, for over 20 years. Her experience on both sides of the client relationship provides her with unique insight into the goals, concerns, and complexities that attend the transportation industry. Although Quillen focuses her practice on defending clients in multi-million dollar class actions, she also has extensive experience defending individual employment and personal injury claims as well as contract disputes.
Quillen regularly represents clients in lawsuits across the nation in state and federal court including defending class and collective actions alleging misclassification and wage and hour claims, as well as employment claims involving issues of discrimination or retaliation, Title VII, and FMLA claims.
