Dylan Goetsch focuses his practice on the representation of transportation and warehouse clients across the country in commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, property loss, and general liability defense. He also provides counsel to clients regarding their contracts, and, with his litigation background, appreciates the importance of carefully drafting and negotiating agreements to reduce litigation risk. Goetsch is also a member of the Firm’s data privacy practice group and monitors the rapid developments in privacy laws and regulations for the benefit of his clients. His experience includes:

• Commercial litigation in both state and federal court, including deep experience drafting pleadings, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, and motion practice
• Representing warehouses regarding the enforcement of their warehouse liens, liability defense, and contract disputes
• Contract review, including agreements relating to data privacy, non-disclosure, Software as a Service (SaaS), transportation and warehousing
• Consulting clients regarding privacy policies and consent forms relating to privacy statutes
• Labor disputes, including representing employers in litigation relating to ERISA withdrawal liability

Goetsch is also a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).

Prior to joining the Firm, Goetsch represented clients in complex civil litigation, including commercial, securities, and professional malpractice matters, in state and federal courts. While in law school, Goetsch interned for the Honorable Gerald J. Pappert in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He also gained valuable experience as an extern in FINRA’s Enforcement Department.
