Cloe Pace is an associate in the firm’s accident defense litigation practice. She focuses her practice on defending motor carriers in complex litigation arising from highway accidents, including claims involving wrongful death and bodily injury.

Before joining the firm, Cloe practiced at a civil litigation defense firm in Chicago, where she handled a broad range of matters involving personal injury, insurance coverage, and subrogation. Her experience includes conducting legal research, drafting coverage opinions and pleadings, and preparing discovery.

While in law school, Cloe served on the executive board of DePaul University College of Law’s Student Bar Association.
