Angela Cash is a leader in the Firm’s class action and accident litigation practices. She primarily focuses on trial court litigation defending motor carriers in class and collective actions, accident litigation, and other complex litigation matters.. Cash has extensive experience litigating matters in state and federal courts throughout the nation and has represented transportation companies in the motor carrier, logistics, courier, brokerage and warehousing segments in cases involving wage and hour matters, independent contractor misclassification issues, the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act (WARN Act), and the Truth in Leasing Regulations.

Cash also has decades of experience in representing truck drivers and motor carriers in accident litigation involving catastrophic injury, disfigurement and wrongful death claims.
