Andrew is an Associate in Scopelitis’ Indianapolis office. His practice involves guiding clients through strategic restructuring efforts, advising on transportation-related due diligence, and defending class and collective action claims. Andrew’s creative approaches to problem-solving and his research, writing, and advocacy skills often see him working on developing and advancing novel legal arguments and analyses affecting many aspects of the transportation industry.
Andrew worked for the Firm as a law clerk for one summer and during his final two semesters in law school. He rejoined the Firm after concluding his term as clerk for Magistrate Judge Mark J. Dinsmore in the U.S. District Court in Indianapolis. While at McKinney, Andrew served as the Executive Managing Editor for the Indiana International and Comparative Law Review, interned with in-house counsel at a Fortune 500 manufacturer in the transportation space, and worked as a student researcher covering state and federal industrial incentives. He was also an avid moot court participant, competing internationally, serving on the board of the law school’s competition, and coaching a national competition team.
