Allyson Boyd assists clients with an array of transportation issues with a focus on independent contractor issues, contracting issues, and regulatory and licensing compliance.

• Design of new independent contractor programs 
• Analysis and compliance with the Federal Leasing Regulations
• Counsel regarding motor carrier and logistics operations and other commercial business dealings
• Draft and review of various transportation-related contracts, including motor carrier services contractors, logistics services contracts, and independent contractor agreements.
