Alaina Hawley began her practice in class and collective action defense. She now works primarily in class and collective action prevention, including counseling clients on best practices on wage-and-hour issues and other labor and employment issues. Her work includes:
- Reviewing handbooks and other policy documents
- Auditing pay policies and wage statements
- Advising on jurisdictional issues for multi-state employers
- Representing transportation companies before the EEOC and state agencies
While in law school, Hawley served as the Executive Online Editor of the Indiana Law Journal and volunteered with the Protective Order Project.
