Nicholas McTarnaghan practices civil defense litigation on behalf of transportation and warehouse clients, including commercial litigation, contract breaches, personal injury defense litigation, and insurance matters.

While in law school, McTarnaghan was a member of Loyola’s Jessup Moot Court Team, where he competed against law schools across the Midwest. He has experience practicing law successfully in state court, where he has been instrumental in obtaining several summary judgments, as well as securing voluntary dismissals for the defense.
