Madison Martin is a second-year associate in the Firm’s class action defense and complex litigation practice. She represents individual and corporate clients in high-stakes litigation, including class and collective actions, labor and employment disputes, independent contractor misclassification claims, and complex commercial matters in state and federal courts nationwide.

Before joining the Firm, Madison practiced at a civil litigation defense firm in Chicago, where she handled a broad range of complex litigation matters involving breach of contract, product and premises liability, and professional malpractice.

While in law school, Madison served as President of the Business Law Society and Online Editor for the Indiana Law Journal. She also participated in the Sherman Minton Moot Court Competition, worked in the Elmore Entrepreneurship Law Clinic, and completed a judicial clerkship with the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida.
