Kim Mann advises and defends trucking and transportation companies, including brokers, logistics companies, and trade associations, regarding a broad range of commercial disputes, regulatory encroachments, contract negotiations, and antitrust and trade issues. He has litigated transportation matters spanning:

  • Freight loss-and-damage claims
  • Safety compliance and enforcement actions for OEMs
  • Complex tax and transportation
  • Vehicle safety recalls
  • Service and collection issues
  • Vehicle dealership/franchise issues

Mann serves as outside regulatory counsel to several large LTL motor carriers. He also acts as general counsel to a trade association in the auto glass industry. He represents clients in an array of venues, including:
