Cari Sheehan assists Firm attorneys in identifying and resolving conflicts of interest. She also coordinates the resolution of legal ethical issues that may arise and in implementing protocols and/or procedures cohesive with the applicable rules of professional conduct.
Sheehan is a frequent continuing legal education seminar speaker, locally and nationally, on various legal ethics topics. She is also an Assistant Clinical Professor of Business Law & Ethics at the IU Kelley School of Business – Indianapolis and periodically teaches courses at the Robert H. McKinney School of Law. Sheehan further authors a business ethics column for the Hamilton County Business Journal.
